Job Title & Summary
Internal Operations Coordinator

The Federal Business Council, Inc. (FBC), one of the nation's premier government event and conference planning organizations, is looking for an Internal Operations Coordinator in their Columbia, MD office. FBC events include a mix of virtual, hybrid and in-person events.

Overview:

The Internal Operations Coordinator (IOC) works with the Chief Operating Officer and sales team to support upcoming events with pre - and post - event related tasks. The IOC must be team oriented, but also work well independently. This position is an integral part to the fast-paced workings of FBC and will work closely with the all departments to provide top-notch customer service, both to outside customers and in- office staff. Excellent communication and organization skills are required. This is a full-time benefited position, with office hours from Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM (or 8AM-4PM).
