DISA J6 will be hosting their only Cyber Awareness Forum in 2025 with an in-person opportunity for industry to present and network with the top DISA J6 cybersecurity gate keepers. The theme for this year is "Empowering Digital Resilience: Protecting Yourself in the Evolving Cyber Landscape".
The theme for this event "Empowering Digital Resilience: Protecting Yourself in the Evolving Cyber Landscape". Each forum is designed to help DISA J6 examine the agencies' cybersecurity readiness, learn better security practices, complete trainings, and look for new technologies to protect their cyberspace.
Participation in this event is a must if you can help DISA J6 with any of the following:
- Modernize the technical infrastructure that supports their 38,000 customers in the National Capital Region?
- Advance their full range of IT equipment, services, solutions and customer support for the Office of the Secretary of Defense?
- Standardize their servers?

About DISA J6
DISA J6 provides IT and secure communications services across the DOD and military service branches. It is in charge of the funding and personnel that offer most of the IT services for the Pentagon and other DOD offices inside the National Capital Region and has superior mission- and budget-authority.

Exhibit and Sponsor Staff Security Information

You must complete an FBC Security Form and submit to FBC by the due date given below. Please click the link below to go to our Essential SSL® secured on-line security information form. You will also have the option of downloading our printable security form and submitting the information by fax. Admittance to the event cannot be guaranteed if we do not receive the information by the due date.
Go to Security FormVendors will receive an email from the Pentagon Visits email address for entrance to the Pentagon. This email should be completed ASAP as the approval process takes 24-48 hours. The approval process typically starts the two days before the event. When approved, vendors will receive an approval email the day before the event.
On the day of the event vendors will be escorted from the VISITOR CENTER (at the METRO Entrance) to the Pentagon Conference Center (outside corridor 8). Please be aware, if you miss the window to be escorted from the Visitor Center to the Conference site, you MAY NOT BE ABLE to be escorted to the event site.
All participants will pass through a checkpoint where their packages will be scanned and searched by the Pentagon police at the METRO entrance. All incoming equipment must fit through the 17" x 24" x 35" scanner or it will not be permitted to enter the building.
Possession of prohibited items may result in item confiscation, criminal penalty, or denial of entry. Prohibited items include:
- Bladed, edged, or sharp weapons; knives with blades 2.5 inches in length or longer (most common offense)
- All animals, except service animals for persons with disabilities
- Explosives, weapons, and alcohol
- Bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, tricycles, or any other self-propelled or motor-powered personal transport (e.g., Segway). This criterion does not include medical mobility equipment.
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drones)
- Oleoresin capsicum (OC) (“pepper spray”), if more than 1 ounce (28 grams)

IMPORTANT NOTICEExhibitors who fail to comply with the security requirements may be denied access to the event site by the hosting agency.
FBC will not be responsible and will not provide refunds to exhibitors who are denied admission to or dismissed from the event site due to failure to comply with the security instructions.
Directions
Take I-395 South to the Pentagon South Parking Exit.
- Take the Pentagon South Parking Exit by staying in the LEFT lane.
- Make a RIGHT hand turn at the bottom of the exit ramp.
- Make a RIGHT hand turn at the stop sign. That will bring you back under I-395.
- Make a RIGHT onto Army Navy Drive. The Pentagon City Mall Parking Lot will be on the LEFT, adjacent to Macy’s Department Store. After parking your vehicle in the Pentagon City Mall Parking Lot you will then walk to the Pentagon's METRO Entrance
Directions to Room B3 & B5:
Proceed through the Pentagon (with your escort) to the crosswalk (outside of Corridor 8) that will take you to the PLCC. To reach Rooms B3 and B5, go down the escalator and enter through the security gate with your guest pass, and then go down one more escalator to reach the conference center. Rooms B3 and B5 will be on your left once you walk down the hallway, there should be a sign to point them out to you.
Public Transportation
To reach the Pentagon, via the public Metro Rail system, take either the Yellow or Blue line to the Pentagon stop.
Parking and Equipment
Vendors should park at the Pentagon City Mall and use a cart to carry their equipment to the METRO Entrance. (You are not able to ship materials or equipment directly to the Pentagon)
The METRO is the ONLY entrance that vendors can come through.
- After parking your vehicle, cross Army Navy Drive and proceed through the Hayes Street Parking Lot.
- Proceed through the tunnel at the middle back of the Hayes Street Parking Lot (under I-395).
- Proceed through the South Parking Lot.
- Go right, around the South Parking entrance stairs, to the Metro Entrance
- Proceed through the Pentagon Metro Entrance to the Visitor's Center to have your equipment scanned and pick up your badge.
Vendors utilizing the METRO can exit the METRO and proceed to the METRO entrance to have their equipment scanned and pick up their badge.
After obtaining a badge, vendors will be escorted through the Pentagon to the Expo location in the Pentagon Conference Center.
