General Information
The AFCEA - Las Vegas Chapter invites you to join a special event at Nellis Air Force Base. Nellis AFB - AFCEA Las Vegas Cyber & IT Focus Day is an excellent opportunity for information technology and cybersecurity companies to network face-to-face with Nellis AFB personnel, while building trust and brand recognition. The event allows base personnel to receive CEU credits for attending educational sessions, plus attendees will also visit with the participating capability providers throughout the day.
Participating providers can expect to meet personnel with titles like Chief of Infrastructure, CISO, Contract Specialist, Cyber Tester, ISSM, ISSO, IT Director, IT Manager, Network Manager and System Administrator. In the past, this event has seen strong support from the following groups:

- 526 IS: 526th Intelligence Squadron
- 53WG OL-A: 53rd Wing Operating Location-Alpha
- 57IAS: 57th Information Aggressor Squadron

- AFOTEC: Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center

About the AFCEA Las Vegas Chapter:
AFCEA is a non-profit membership association serving the military, government, industry and academia as an ethical forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications, IT, intelligence and global security.
The AFCEA - Las Vegas Chapter serves the intelligence and IT communities in the greater Las Vegas area including Nellis AFB, Creech AFB, the Nevada Test and Training Range, local contractors, and businesses. Chapter leaders are located at Nellis in the 99th Communications Squadron and 57th Information Aggressor Squadron.
About Nellis AFB:
The "Home of the Fighter Pilot," Nellis Air Force Base is home to the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center, the largest and most demanding advanced air combat training mission in the world. At Nellis, they provide training for composite strike forces which include every type of aircraft in the Air Force inventory. Training is conducted in conjunction with air and ground units of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Forces from allied nations.

From I-15 North - Las Vegas Strip: (approximately 30 minutes)
- Follow I-15 to Exit 48 Craig Road.
- Exit onto Craig Road East (right turn).
- Follow Craig Road to the Main Gate/Visitors Center Nellis AFB (Craig Road dead ends at the Main Gate for Nellis AFB).
- You do not have to stop at the Visitors Center. Please proceed directly to the gate in the far right lane and be prepared to show your Drivers' License to the Gate Guard. Reference the "Event Access List (EAL) for the AFCEA Technology Day at The Club".
- Once on base Craig Road turns into Fitzgerald Blvd.
- The Club is on Fitzgerald Blvd. and will be on your right hand side immediately after you cross Washington Blvd.
Public Transportation
Public transportation such as Uber or Taxis will not be allowed to access Nellis AFB.
Parking and Equipment
Nellis AFB will not accept shipments. Please ship your equipment and supplies to your hotel.
Equipment can be unloaded in front of or on the left hand side of the club.
Ample open parking is available.
