Attendees will receive an email with a link to join the virtual event at least a day before the conference. The sessions will be accessible on a browser-based platform. You will need to have cookies enabled to join the virtual event but you won't have to download any software.

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Any cancellation requests must be received in writing or by email no later than 5:00 p.m. Daylight Savings Time DST Sunday, October 18, 2020, to be eligible for a refund of the entire registration fee. Cancellation requests received after Sunday, October 18, 2020, and before 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, November 2, 2020, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, November 2, 2020, the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee. There is a 25% reprocessing fee to change a payment once payment has been received.
