We are not anticipating a Federal Government shutdown on Friday, April 28th, however, in the event that this happens, you will be notified via email by MEP. Please see the refund/reschedule procedure below.
All attendees will receive a full registration refund which will be processed within 15 business days.
Please be on the lookout for an email announcement of the new date and directions on how to re-register.
Hotel Room Cancellation Policy
In the event of a Federal Government shutdown on Friday, April 28th, your hotel room can be cancelled without penalty. In order to cancel your reservation please contact the hotel at DenverConventionCenter.Regency@hyatt.com with the following information:
The hotel will send a cancellation confirmation within 48 hours of receiving your email.
Waived cancellation will only apply in the event of a Federal Government Shutdown.
In order to cancel your reservation for any other reason, standard cancellation policies will apply. Should your travel plans remain unchanged, the hotel will honor your current reservation at the discounted rate.
