Ms. Ebb-Murphy is a Senior Business Analyst with the All Small Mentor-Protege Program. She currently serves on the Annual Evaluation Team, where she has worked since 2018. Previously, she worked with the HUBZone and Small Disadvantage Business Programs. She has worked 20 of her 25 years of Government Service at the SBA. She received a BS in Communications from Bowie State University. Ms. Ebb-Murphy has devoted 30 years of her career helping small businesses grow, one opportunity at a time.
