Exavier Watson is the Director of Business Development and Mobility Solutions Architect for National Security and Defense with DMI with over 17 years' experience leading and supporting enterprise-level DOD and Federal Civilian programs, including programs certified at CMMI Level 5.

Mr. Watson has led multiple large Mobility contracts within the DOD and Federal Civilian Agencies leveraging multiple MDM platforms and Mobility technologies. In addition to his Mobility background, he led efforts transitioning a major DOD activity in Hawaii and received the DISA Pacific Command Plank Owners Award. Mr. Watson led sustainment and maintenance activities for the US Army's Resource Management Tool which is used by over 4000 soldiers within the Installation Management Command (IMCOM), and Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), and National Guard Bureau (NGB). He led the successful execution of a major DISA program from IOC to FOC receiving a DISA Medal of Excellence commendation.

Mr. Watson's Federal Civilian Agency spans from leading a major US Census Bureau's Managed Mobility activity to leading the configuration updates to the FAA's two major air traffic control systems: En-Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) and User Request Evaluation Tool (URET).

In addition to graduating Cum Laude with his BS in Computer Science from South Carolina State University and a Master of Science from Morgan State University graduating as the program Dwight David Eisenhower Fellow, Mr. Watson also received Executive Education certificates from Harvard University as a 2014 Harvard Emerging Leader, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, Project Management from The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and was recognized as a Clemson University Scholar.
