Mr. Johnson is a strong supporter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) where he has provided over twenty continuous years of outstanding leadership and service to the AFCEA community. Alvie currently serves as the Regional Vice President, for AFCEA National Capital Region and as Member of the AFCEA International Board of Directors. He also serves as the Prince William County Representative to Northern Virginia Community College Board of Directors.

Alvie Johnson serves as the Vice-President, Army Accounts for ALL Points, Huntsville, AL. Mr. Johnson has served in key areas to include Vice President, Business Development for DMI and Principal Enterprise Lead for Lockheed Martin, ISGS and Senior Associate, Business Development for Booz Allen Hamilton where he oversaw US Navy, Marine, and Army Markets. In this role, Mr. Johnson developed and coordinated teaming for strategic opportunities with a value greater than $50M. Mr. Johnson, has managed relationships with numerous Industry partners with the goal of facilitating the overall teaming process. Mr. Johnson has also held various business development and technical roles for Data Solutions and Technology, LEIDOS, AT&T, TelCove and CRGT.

Mr. Jonson is a retired Army Officer, providing over 21 years of military service in the Signal Corps. He has held a variety of positions to include: Satellite Operations Officer, Joint Chief of Staff where he managed the allocation of operational satellite communications capacity for all Department of Defense and Government Agencies. He was directly responsible for coordinating the Ultra High Frequency accesses for the President of the United States, Vice President, Secretary of Defense and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; Commander, 122 Signal Battalion and Division Signal Officer where he managed an organization consisting of 654 soldiers with 274 vehicles valued at 177 million dollars with an annual budget of 2.7 million dollars. Mr. Johnson provided tactical communications to an organization consisting of 17,000 soldiers with over twenty-five dispersed tactical command posts spread over 60 kilometers; Presidential Communications Officer, White House Communications Agency where Mr. Johnson was responsible for the fixed and deployable state of the art telecommunications support to the White House for 19 months.

Mr. Johnson holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations & Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, Newport, RI and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Production Howard University, Washington.
