Registered virtual attendees will receive an email the Friday before the event with a link to join the virtual event. Upon entry, attendees can preview the virtual exhibit hall, opt into the networking community, plan session attendance on the agenda and test their system to make sure everything works properly. Please see the system requirements below.

System Requirements
To optimize the performance of your virtual experience, please note the following technical requirements:
  • Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Edge internet browser (Note: Internet Explorer and Safari are not supported)
  • Broadband wired or wireless connection. 3G or 4G/LTE is not suggested as it will not provide a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Speakers or headphone audio
  • Microphone/webcam to have video chat opportunities with exhibitors (text chat is still provided and can be used instead, if preferred)
  • Third-party cookies must be enabled – Third-party cookie consent is required to display the virtual session video player and engagement tools.
    • This is also to ensure attendees do not have to download additional software such as Zoom, Webex, etc. (Unless a speaker session has opted to conduct a session on their own respective platform, separate from FBC event’s virtual platform – this will be noted on the session prior to session going live.)
    • If third party cookies are unable to be enabled due to work-site restrictions, please contact the IT department to enable access for these three urls: bizzabo.com, kaltura.com, smart.newrow.com
Networking Community & Virtual Exhibit Hall
The networking community is a great place for all participants to send messages to each other. Only registered participants can join and you can leave the community at any time.

The virtual hall is made up of capability providers that have various cybersecurity products and services. You can click on a booth to access additional information, view videos, and enter in giveaways.
