Jothi Dugar is a multidimensional executive, and entrepreneur, whose diverse career to-date has included key roles in Cybersecurity, project management, engineering, and technical training. A leading expert and pioneer in the field of Healthcare Cybersecurity, she is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the National Institute of Health Center for Information Technology. The NIH CIT is the enterprise IT services provider for the NIH, and other government agencies, with services being used by researchers, scientists, universities, and labs across the globe spanning over 300,000 people. With a lifelong commitment to empowering people in terms of wellness and health, in addition to her role at the NIH, Jothi is the Founder and Director of a local dance academy, and a Holistic Wellness Practice. A dynamic and international highly sought after public speaker, she has given numerous keynote addresses and talks, and featured on leading journals, magazines, T.V. and radio interviews. Jothi is dedicated to mentoring young professionals, and women at-large to become self-empowered, find their voice, and break the glass ceiling in the STEM fields. Outside of her many professional pursuits, Jothi is a dedicated wife and mother of three. She and her family reside in Great Falls, Virginia.
