Dennis Hollenbeck is the Cloud Engineering Subject Matter Expert and Chief Security Officer for Chenega Decision Sciences LLC. After a successful twenty-year career in the commercial aviation industry, he retired from commanding Boeing 737 aircraft in the USA, Africa, Alaska, and the Far East. He then turned his attention to information technology, supporting the maintenance of the Alaska Radar System, supporting environmental remediation for the FAA, software engineering in support of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, and global logistics in support of the Defense Logistics Agency. Later, he supported system engineering for the collection and analysis of open source intelligence and classified surveillance and force protection systems. His experience includes designing and building a cloud-based ERP system for the Bureau of the Census, exploring the application of Hilbert space analysis to quantum-resistant cryptographic systems, and he is currently leading the cloud and security infrastructure team for the Marine Corps Manpower Modernization program. Mr. Hollenbeck is a long-time resident of Alaska, but currently resides in Virginia. He has an aeronautical science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
