Maj Brandon D. Vigneron is commander of the 355th Communications Squadron, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. He directs the activities of 130 military and civilian personnel and provides information technology services to the 12th Air Force Headquarters, 355th Fighter Wing, 612th Combined Air and Space Operations Center and 64 associate units. He is responsible for the planning and operations of $77 million worth of command and control networking, knowledge operations management and radio systems supporting more than 7,000 Airmen, 3,200 civilians and 100 aircraft.

Major Vigneron received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He spent 10 years in various positions in the commercial Information Technology industry prior to joining the Air Force. He was commissioned through the Air Force Officer Training School at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama in April 2005. Since being commissioned, he has served in a variety of positions to include assignments as Flight Commander, Aide-de-Camp, Air Staff Chief (Pentagon) and Cyberspace Operations Assignment Officer. Additionally, he has deployed in support of both Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. Major Vigneron is married to the former Cynthia Williamson and has two children, Nicholas and Nathan.
Prior to his current position, Maj Vigneron was the Director of Operations at the 86th Communications Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
