We are pleased to invite abstract submissions from subject matter experts in the U.S. and allied / partner militaries / governments,
as well as from academia and industry on the conference theme:"Information Operations: Evolving for Strategic Dominance - Integrating Capabilities, Forging Alliances, and Executing with Precision”
Presentations for the full plenary session in the first two days of the conference must be UNCLASSIFIED, and for U.S. Government organizations, carry the Distribution Statement A, “Approved for Public Release.”
Potential session topics and areas of interest for presenters/papers include (but are not limited to):
- IO and the INDSG/NDS priorities
- Intel Support to IO
- Strategic Communications
- Cyber, AI, IO and Influence
- Determining Acceptable Risk for IO
- Influence Campaigning
- IO Assessments
- More to be Announced
ABSTRACT SELECTION
An impartial process will be implemented to select speakers. A team composed of personnel from OIOP and the Joint Staff J39 will independently evaluate each abstract submission based on predetermined criteria. The selection process will be entirely independent of conference sponsorship or exhibitor status with the focus being based solely on the quality and relevance of the submission to have a content-rich experience for attendees.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstracts are due by January 16, 2026 Midnight Eastern with
notifications to be sent by February 20, 2026.
Keep session proposals to 500 words or less.
Speaker photo and biography (1000 characters or less) to be posted on the symposium webpages.
Speakers selected may be chosen for a panel discussion on days 1 & 2 or to present on day 3. Panel speakers will typically have 10-15 minutes to provide their initial thoughts on the panel subject and participate in the Q&A portion of the panel.
