When will I receive my virtual ticket?
-Virtual tickets and access information will be sent to the email you entered when registering on or before September 11, 2023.
If I am eligible to attend the classified portion of the conference, what do I need to submit for access?
-A portion of this conference is classified and limited to active-duty personnel at the rank of BDE CDR/CSM and Above.
If you are eligible and would like to attend this portion of the conference,
have your security personnel forward your security clearance information to SMO code W6NFAATC5 via DISS by creating a SMO visit. The MCoE Security POC is Mr Jorge Santoro, jorge.d.santoro.civ@army.mil, (706) 545-7418.
If I am attending in-person, where do I pick up my name badge and activity tickets?
-Conference registration is located in the West Wing of McGinnis Wickham Hall, near room 101 West.
Can I purchase tickets for the activities on site?
-Tickets will be sold on site if space/meals are still available for the activity. Cash payments are preferred.
Will recordings of the sessions be available to view?
-Videos of the sessions will be loaded to the conference website by 22 September.
