Maneuver Conference Session Dress Code: ACU/OCP is the uniform while attending the conference sessions and all other activities.

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Any cancellation requests must be received by email no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time EDT Sunday, August 10, 2025, to be eligible for a refund of the entire registration fee. Cancellation requests received after Sunday, August 10, 2025, and before 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, August 25, 2025, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, August 25, 2025, the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee. There is a 25% reprocessing fee to change a payment once payment has been received.
