Additional Tools and Resources for Exhibitors
FBC has developed a number of tools designed to help you get the most from your trade show experience. They will a) help you understand a specific prospect agency or location; b) provide ongoing lead generation; c) provide additional tools for your day-of exhibit; d) provide updated information regarding specific locations; and e) open additional channels for your message to a specific agency or location prior to your exhibit day.

ATTENDEE DATA
In most cases, FBC has produced events within specific locations on multiple occasions. This report will provide previous attendee information, contact information, purchasing influence, postal and email addresses (if permission granted) and telephone numbers. The list summarizes attendee data by agency and may be sorted by title, geography, location, or purchasing influence. Approximately 65,000 contacts in total. A great way to initiate contact prior to an event, set appointments for the day of a show, or simply to receive the latest contact information for an agency.
POSTER PRINTING
FBC will print your full-color posters for you on our Canon imagePROGRAF w8400™ wide-format printer. Posters are 20x30 and cost $95 each. This includes spray mounting on 1/4 inch foam gatorboard backing and delivery to you at your FBC event. All you need to do is send your print-ready artwork in .eps format to matt@fbcinc.com no later than 5 business days before the event. To purchase simply select the number of posters you want under Available Add-ons when you register to exhibit.

POSTCARD INVITATIONS
FBC offers FREE customized invitations to all vendors registering for our events. These invitations contain your company's name and the date, time, and location of the FBC event as well as the technologies you list in your product description when you register. To request invitations, simply select "postcards" under additional resources when you register.
