There is no cost to attend the U.S. Army Heat Center Heat Forum. In-Person attendees may purchase an optional lunch for $13.50.

In-Person Registration ends on 2/25/2025 at 4:00 PM EST. Virtual attendee registration closes 2/26/2025 at 4:00 PM EST

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Any cancellation requests must be received in writing or by email no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time EST Monday, January 27, 2025, to be eligible for a refund of the entire registration fee. Cancellation requests received after Monday, January 27, 2025, and before 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee. There is a 25% reprocessing fee to change a payment once payment has been received.
