There is no cost to attend the U.S. Army Heat Center Heat Forum. In-Person attendees may purchase an optional lunch for $17.00.

In-Person Registration ends on 3/4/2026 at 4:00 PM EST. Virtual attendee registration closes 3/4/2026 at 4:00 PM EST

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Cancellation requests received before 5:00 p.m. (EST) Tuesday, February 17, 2026, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. EST Tuesday, February 17, 2026, the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee. There is a 25% reprocessing fee to change a payment once payment has been received.
