The Phoenix Challenge® London 2025 will be held at the IET London: Savoy on March 4, 2025 to March 6, 2025 .

Registration includes access to the main lecture theater, the exhibit hall, light refreshments in the morning, during each network break on days 1 & 2, and lunch on days 1 & 2.

Space Allocations and Invite Codes

Waitlist

All others will be placed on the waitlist and will be notified if space becomes available.

Attire – Business attire. For military speakers request service uniform that has a coat and tie.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

Cancellation requests must be received by email no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, to be eligible for a refund of the registration fee. After 5:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration (to include meals). No-shows will forfeit any fees paid. All cancellation requests must be sent to tina@fbcinc.com. The refund process will be initiated in 1-5 business days and credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Please note: If you must cancel your registration, remember to also cancel any hotel and travel accommodations. FBC is not responsible for hotel no-show fees or any travel or lodging expenses you might incur.

Participants will rotate through all three working groups

Classified (Secret//REL) Working Groups

Participants will receive a classified intelligence briefing then rotate through all three working groups. REL to is TBD as the intelligence will drive the releasability. Cleared contractors and industry selected for the classified working groups will be required to have their government sponsor verify their need to know (ex - on a government contract).
