As Deputy Director for Future Cyber Operations, Office of the Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), David Seigel is responsible for managing plans and programs for cybersecurity operations at DOE. The cybersecurity future operations portfolio includes implementing the Department of Homeland Security Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program across the DOE enterprise, standing up an enterprise big data platform for cyber analytics, establishing a new program for operational technology (OT), and managing new technology injection projects.
