My name is HieDi Nelson, I have been a Oracle DBA at the INL for the last 3 years. I have a Master's Degree in Information Systems with 19 years' experience working in IT of which 10 years as an Oracle Database Administrator. I would like to present a solution that optimizes the execution of quarterly database patching in an innovative, collaborative and dynamic environment. Automated database patching reduces effort and time allowing DBAs more time to focus on new innovative database projects.
