Laura Charles is the Senior Manager for the Enterprise Enabling Solutions and Services group at Sandia National Laboratories. Laura is responsible for all desktop services and systems that facilitate the end-user experience and ensure mission success. She has served as Manager of End User Computing Services, Manager of Endpoint Engineering, application developer, project manager, and service manager. Laura earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Management Information Systems from the University of New Mexico.
