Martha Laughman is the Workforce Director for UMBC Training of the University System of Maryland. She is the creator of the System's National Cyber Apprenticeship Program and Military Transition Program. Martha's past contributions include The Fort Carson Cyber Careers Program, The US Chamber of Commerce Corporate Fellowship Program and the ISAO Internship Program.
