Erik is responsible for the development of cyber training products to include Workforce Assessment solutions. CYBRScore is a performance-based assessment tool that uniquely and adaptively measures performance skills across a range of credible responses to a defined set of tasks.
Erik holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University. He holds thirteen U.S. patents in the areas of messaging and telecommunications.
