Paul is President of TranZed Apprenticeship Services, which registered the first non-traditional apprenticeship standards in Maryland. TranZed has IT, Digital Media and Cyber Security apprenticeships as part of their portfolio. Paul's background with apprenticeships in the UK is extensive and spans 2 decades within large apprenticeship intermediaries for both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Paul's international work includes projects in China and Hong Kong developing a viable and robust Apprenticeship model to tackle youth unemployment, skills gaps and job shortages along with developing the underlying legislative policy. Paul is proud to introduce the non-traditional apprenticeship model to Maryland and looks forward to expanding the program to include additional career paths and to reach all parts of the USA.
