Emefa Addo Agawu is a Program Associate in New America's Cybersecurity Initiative, where her research focuses on cybersecurity policy issues through a state and local lens. She previously worked on the Empirical Studies of Conflict Project at the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. Emefa holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
