Arlin Halstead, Strategic HR Business Partner, US, leads the NTT Security US Human Resources team. In this role, Arlin partners with the business leaders to develop and implement effective Human Resources solutions required to deliver overall organizational goals. Arlin is responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational and Employee Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, and Workplace Safety and Health. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Halstead brings a wealth of knowledge in compliance to federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations, as well as applying strategic employment policies and procedures into effective Human Capital management.
Prior to NTT Security, he was a Principal Consultant for HCA Group, a Human Capital Advisory consultancy, and Vice President of Human Resources for Financial Brokerage, Inc. and Producers America, Inc. Halstead holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certifications and received his bachelors in Business Management and Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
