Andy Williams is an international cyber security business consultant who works with industry, government and academia in the U.S. and UK to help build the transatlantic relationship on cybersecurity commerce and innovation. Effective October 1, Andy has been appointed as Director of a new State of Maryland Office in the UK and International Director of UMBC's iCyberCenter@bwtech business incubator program. Andy recently completed a two-year secondment to the UK government in Washington DC as its first UK cyber trade envoy to the U.S. Previously, he led the international business of UK cyber security software start-up Titania which launched in 2010 and now supplies to over 80 countries. Prior to Titania, Andy served as the U.S. Government's international trade advisor on cybersecurity at the American Embassy in London. He began his career in the ICT industry at BT Global.
