Dr. Jennifer Reynolds is an accomplished and entrepreneurial executive with almost twenty-five years of experience growing companies in start-up and early stage hi-tech environments. She is currently overseeing the University of Maryland, Baltimore County's 60+ company incubation/acceleration program in cybersecurity, life sciences and clean technology. Among her other duties, Jennifer leads the Northrop Grumman Cync program, an elite scholarship program for high-potential cybersecurity product companies, and is the Program Director for bwtech's international cybersecurity training and incubation center, called iCyberCenter@bwtech. In her past, she played key roles in two entrepreneurial start-up companies and helped run one of the nation's most prestigious forensic DNA testing laboratories, testifying all over the nation as an expert witness. Jennifer has a B.S. degree in Biology from Virginia Tech, a PhD in Human Genetics from the Medical College of Virginia (VCU), and an MBA degree from the Executive MBA program at Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland College Park.
