Ms. Ramsay has employed her more than 30 years of National Security Agency experience to provide cyber security advice and expertise to US commercial and International clients. She has implemented strategic and operational planning in multiple, diverse mission organizations. In her NSA career, Ms. Ramsay built and led a 24-hour global Operations Center focused on countering cyber threats, led signals intelligence, information assurance, information technology and research organizations, and developed strategic partnerships with other government and military organizations. She also built and led the operationalization of NSA's network exploitation mission. As an advisory board member, she has provided vision, mission, goals and overall business strategy to the Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Ramsay graduated Magna Cum Laude with General Honors from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Education. She graduated with Honors from the Johns Hopkins University with a Master's Degree in Computer Science. She graduated from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF), National Defense University, with a Master's in National Resource Strategy. She received a Certificate in Leadership from the University of Virginia.
