Check Payments

To pay by check, please complete the manual registration form and follow the Pay by Check Instructions.

A $35 service fee will be charged for any checks that are returned for insufficient funds. Unpaid fees will be turned over to a collection agency if necessary.

Terms and Conditions

Training & Material Submission Requirements To exhibit at the conference, the exhibitor agrees to review exhibitor training materials from FBC Events prior to the conference. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their exhibiting booth information and materials prior to Tuesday March 16, 2021 at 5:00PM ET. The virtual booth does not require staffing during the event

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made by 5:00PM ET on Tuesday March 16, 2021 to receive a refund of the exhibitor registration fee (less the $5 processing fee). Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund of any kind. If you need to cancel your exhibitor registration, please contact Tina Sheehy at tina@fbcinc.com.


Exhibitor Eligibility

Children’s Trust of SC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any exhibitor. Children’s Trust reserves the right to refuse to rent exhibit space to any applicant whose product or service is not consistent with the mission of Children’s Trust and/or is deemed to be contrary to the best interests of the organization
