With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial technology space, Wendi started her career as a developer, moved into an analyst role, then project management and now she mentors and coaches teams following Scrum. She led the original Agile transformation for a large team of engineers converting them from standard waterfall to Agile. Wendi is passionate about helping teams improve and have fun which in turn provides transparency to Senior Leadership.
