Thomas Perry, PMP, has been supporting Project Management within the Department of Defense for over 11 years as a practitioner and innovator. As a Subject Matter Expert in the deployment of Project Management Information Systems, he works at the nexus of technology and the Project Management Lifecycle. As an innovator in Schedule and Organizational Change Management, he competed in the Innovation Shark Tank hosted by AFCEA International, where he presented SMARTTc, a Schedule Management tool, and Guerilla DevOpsc, an agile business process for managing micro-sized project teams. As President of the Microsoft Project User Group DC Metro Chapter, he gives back by hosting events that feature noted speakers that discuss real world solutions for the challenges that project teams face.
