+The conference registration fee of $100 for military and government personnel includes refreshments and lunch on 21 and 22 Oct and should be included as part of the per diem rate. This fee also applies to attendees from allied and partner nations.
US Government or Military personnel are not permitted to claim the fee back via DTS.
For conference attendees from industry, this charge is included in the conference fee.

Federal Civilian Employees are responsible for ensuring that their travel in support of INFOPAC meets requirements for an exemption to Executive Order 14222 and is approved by their individual Command.

Space allocation and waiting list.
Each US CCMD and major Command is allocated up to three spaces. Commands who register more than three people may have registrants who registered after the first three moved to the waiting list to allow the widest possible participation. Once all spaces are full, personnel on the waiting list will be prioritized by Director J39 as spaces become available. Registrants on the waiting list will be notified if a space becomes available. In order to allow time for passes to be processed no changes will take place after 13 Oct 25.


Registration for in-person ends on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM EDT
Virtual registration will stay open until the event ends.

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Any cancellation requests must be received by email no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time EDT Saturday, September 20, 2025, to be eligible for a refund of the entire registration fee. Cancellation requests received after Saturday, September 20, 2025, and before 5:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, October 5, 2025, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, October 5, 2025, the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee. There is a 25% reprocessing fee to change a payment once payment has been received. For IN-PERSON Attendees Only

PLEASE NOTE, by checking this box you are submitting a REQUEST to register for the classified plenary but does not guarantee a place. Seating capacity is limited and requests will be processed in date order until capacity is reached. You will be contacted separately via your provided email with additional instructions once you have been successfully registered or if you have been placed on the waitlist due to capacity constraints.

Attendance in the CLASSIFIED plenary requires the submission of a visit request to USINDOPACOM.

  • US Personnel: If you do not have permanent access to the Nimitz Macarthur Indo-Pacific Command Center (Building 700) you are required to pass your clearance details and submit a visit request to the INDOPACOM security office. Please visit the Know Before You Go Page for specific details on how to submit a visit request.
  • Allied and Partner Personnel: A&P personnel must submit a Foreign Visit Request (FVR) as soon as possible, but no later than 19 Sept 25 (in coordination with LNOs) and through your Embassy in Washington DC. Please visit the Know Before You Go Page for specific details.
