+The conference registration fee of $100 for military and government personnel includes refreshments and lunch on 21 and 22 Oct and should be included as part of the per diem rate. This fee also applies to attendees from allied and partner nations.
US Government or Military personnel are not permitted to claim the fee back via DTS.
For conference attendees from industry, this charge is included in the conference fee.

Federal Civilian Employees are responsible for ensuring that their travel in support of INFOPAC meets requirements for an exemption to Executive Order 14222 and is approved by their individual Command.
Space allocation and waiting list.
Each US CCMD and major Command is allocated up to three spaces. Commands who register more than three people may have registrants who registered after the first three moved to the waiting list to allow the widest possible participation.
Once all spaces are full, personnel on the waiting list will be prioritized by Director J39 as spaces become available. Registrants on the waiting list will be notified if a space becomes available. In order to allow time for passes to be processed no changes will take place after 13 Oct 25.

Virtual registration will stay open until the event ends.
Cancellation/Refund Policies
Any cancellation requests must be received by email no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time EDT Saturday, September 20, 2025, to be eligible for a refund of the entire registration fee. Cancellation requests received after Saturday, September 20, 2025, and before 5:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, October 5, 2025, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, October 5, 2025, the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee. There is a 25% reprocessing fee to change a payment once payment has been received.
