F. Edward Goetz, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Cyber Educators International (CEI), an initiative to create a global community of cybersecurity teachers. Ed worked at Exelon (Constellation Energy) from 2009-2017 where he was responsible for cyber, physical risk, and business continuity/resilience operations. In that position, he developed and implemented a security strategy which resulted in Exelon being named the top security organization in the energy sector from 2011-2016. He was a contributing author to 2010 National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC) Study on Resilience. Prior to joining Exelon, he was the Chief Operating Officer of i2S, Inc. from 2007-2009, a professional services company whose clients included various agencies within the U.S. Intelligence Community. After two years, he guided i2S through a successful M&A process, culminating in its sale. Before his time at Exelon and i2S, Ed spent 20-plus years as an FBI Special Agent in various operational and management positions. He was the chief of the FBI's Legal Attache' Office in Germany from 2000- 2005. Ed also established and headed the FBI's Baghdad Office in 2005, working collaboratively with his Iraqi partners to build effective law enforcement organizations and preventing terrorist attacks. Upon returning to the United States, he was put in charge of the FBI Baltimore Office's Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and Cyber Programs. Before retiring, he was the Acting Section Chief of the Office of International Operations, FBI Headquarters, where he had responsibility for all FBI overseas offices
