Tina C. Williams-Koroma, Esq., CISSP, PMP has 17+ years of experience working in the Cyber field, and is founder and President of TCecure LLC, a Cybersecurity services company based in Baltimore. She possesses a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), a M.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), and a J.D. from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. Ms. Williams-Koroma is an Adjunct Instructor for UMBC's Graduate Cybersecurity program and for UMBC Training Centers' Applied Cybersecurity training programs. She is a Maryland licensed attorney, an officer and member of the Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) Board of Directors, the UMBC Research Park Board of Directors, and the Baltimore County Department of Economic and Workforce Development Board of Directors. Through a TCecure contract with the University System of Maryland, Ms. Williams-Koroma also serves as the Cybersecurity Academic Innovation Officer for the National Cybersecurity Federally Funded Research and Development Center (NCF) which is sponsored by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
