The 10th Annual Pacific Information Operations & Electromagnetic Warfare Symposium is Now Virtual ONLY
All attendees of the 10th Annual IO & EW Symposium UNCLAS in-person plenary at the Trade Winds Club must have proof of a COVID vaccination, and produce a negative COVID test result received within 24 hours before check-in on TUE 19 OCT.
Those who are flying to attend may check-in with a COVID test result that is not more than 72 hours old.
Travelers must establish an account with Hawaii Safe Travels where they must upload their negative COVID test to be allowed out of the airport without quarantine.

For those residing on-island, COVID tests may be performed at Longs Drugs / CVS pharmacies and other approved test site, with results provided in 1-2 days for the Molecular lab test PCR/NAAT, and within hours for the Rapid-result test.
The negative report of the COVID test on one’s cell phone from a recognized laboratory is sufficient proof for this requirement.
Attendees may use the uploaded image of a COVID vaccination on their cell phone may be used as proof of the vaccination, or for those on-island, the CDC card issued by the dispensing hospital.
Attendance at the CLASSIFIED session requires submission of a visit request via JPAS/DISS, or to the SSO for TS/SCI. The J39 staff must also be informed of your visit request so that your name will be added to a memorandum to be approved by the J3 to visit the HQ.
The visit request submitted via JPAS/DISS or via the SSO is only proof your security clearance. Only those on a list approved by the J3 will be issued a HQ badge to enter the HQs for the CLASSIFIED plenary.
The IO & EW planning committee would like to intake abstracts for briefings (15 minutes in length) that relate to the theme and technologies covered within the IO &EW Symposium.
