Steven C. Edsall assumed the role of deputy product manager for the Army Training Information System (ATIS) at the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) in July 2018. As the deputy product manager, Edsall sets the strategic vision for the program and is responsible for ensuring it meets all cost, schedule, and performance goals. ATIS will develop, integrate, and maintain the enterprise capability for training development, training management, enterprise scheduling, content management, and resource management for Army Soldiers and civilians worldwide. Prior to joining ATIS, Edsall served as the deputy director for the civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project, formerly of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics, and has over 21 years of military and civilian experience in acquisition, logistics, training, leadership, and operations. Edsall holds Bachelor of Science degree in political science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the State University of New York, Brockport, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia College. He is a graduate of the Adjutant General Advanced Course and the Army Command and General Staff College and is currently enrolled in the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Mr. Edsall is Defense Workforce Improvement Act Level III certified in program management, Level II in purchasing and Level I in life-cycle logistics and facilities management.
