The cost to attend the OSDBU Conference is $100 for industry attendees
registering before 4/1/2008 and $150 for industry attendees
registering between 4/1/2008 and 4/21/08. The walk-up registration fee will be $200.
(Note pre-registration ends at noon on April 21st. All registrations after this date will be done on-site.)
There is no cost for Government employees to attend.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation requests must be received in writing by March 25, 2008 to be eligible for a refund of the entire registration fee. Cancellation requests received after March 25, 2008 and before 5:00 p.m. April 9, 2008 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. April 9, 2008 the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee. There is a 25% reprocessing fee to change to a different payment method once payment has been received. (NOTE: Because Matchmaking appointments are limited and not guaranteed, no exceptions to this policy will be granted due to the attendee's inability to secure a Matchmaking appointment.)

Exhibitors
The cost to exhibit at the OSDBU conference is $895 for prime contractors, large businesses and trade associations and $295 for small businesses.
Primes & large businesses are allowed two company representatives and small businesses are allowed one company representative. Any additional company representatives must register as attendees through the attendee registration page.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation requests must be received in writing by 5:00 p.m. March 25, 2008 to be eligible for a refund of the exhibitor registration fee. After 5:00 p.m. March 25, 2008 exhibitor shall be liable for 100% of the exhibitor fee.
