Location, Directions, Hotels
For information about The Show Place Arena, including directions and parking availability, click here. Please note that there is no METRO rail station in the immediate vicinity of The Show Place Arena.

From Baltimore; Washington, DC; and Virginia:

Take I-95 to Exit 11A (Pennsylvania Avenue, Route 4 South/East) toward Upper Marlboro. You will see a brown and white informational sign for the Prince George’s Equestrian Center (aka The Show Place Arena).

Follow Route 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue) for 7 Miles.

Take the exit marked Prince George’s County Offices/Equestrian Center (the exit is on the right).

The Show Place Arena/Equestrian Center will be on the right at the end of the exit ramp.

AIRPORT INFORMATION

The Show Place Arena can be accessed from all three Washington, DC metropolitan area airports.  Approximate travel time and distance from each airport is provided below.   For directions, go to http://maps.yahoo.com/maps, enter the airport code.  Under the heading "Driving Directions", click on "From this location", and enter the address for The Show Place Arena (see above).

Parking
Upon entering the Show Place Arena grounds, parking attendants will be available to direct participants to designated parking areas.  A shuttle service will be available for overflow lots.  After parking, please proceed to the main entrance to pick up your conference badge at the designated registration area.

Registration
For registraton information visit the registration page. Payment is required in full to reserve a space.

Badges and conference packets may be picked up at the registration table beginning at 7:30 a.m. the day of the conference. We recommend bringing a copy of your registration confirmation with you.

Exhibitor Set-Up Hours
Set up is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23.  from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On Thursday, April 24, all exhibitors must vacate the Exhibit Floor no later than 8:15 a.m. to accommodate the Presentation of Colors.

EQUIPMENT TRANSPORT: The Show Place Arena will not accept any shipments of equipment prior to the show. If you are coming from out of town, please have your equipment sent to your hotel. Arrangements will be made for a UPS and FedEx pickup at the conclusion of the conference. Please make sure you have your own shipping labels if you are shipping your equipment back.

Exhibitor Cancellation
Any cancellation requests must be received in writing by 5:00 p.m. March 25, 2008 to be eligible for a refund of the exhibitor registration fee. After 5:00 p.m. March 25, 2008 exhibitor shall be liable for 100% of the exhibitor fee.
