COMSEC: A Critical Element in Army Transformation
The Federal Business Council will host the 17th annual Global INFOSEC Partnership Conference (GIPC) from May 6 to 8, 2008 at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

The GIPC is designed to promote a professional exchange of current Information Security (INFOSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC) and Information Assurance (IA) by those working in the INFOSEC field. To attend the conference, participants must be a United States citizen and have a security clearance of SECRET or higher.

The conference, which merges a military collaboration developed directly for the soldier in the field with an extended focus on the joint Warfighters, will cover a wide range of topics addressing both current and future INFOSEC Equipment Acquisitions, COMSEC Auditing, Policy and Procedures, Security, Threat, Protective Technologies, and many others.

Historically, this mutually participative conference has brought together over 325 people annually from around the globe to learn about the latest INFOSEC and COMSEC equipment, initiatives and programs. It provides an opportunity for both new and experienced personnel to gain useful, applicable and timely INFOSEC information presented by industry, CSLA, government organizations and the military.
