Phil Silver is a retired U.S. Navy Captain/Commanding Officer and a seasoned technology strategy, sales, and business development leader focused on transportation, aerospace and defense, and logistics. Phil has a strong interest in the innovative and transformative application of technology to solve problems since leading expeditionary force protection units that relied heavily on adapting advanced capabilities for surveillance, data fusion, tactics, and intelligence. Since his role in the Navy, Phil has acted as a strategic innovator in the launch of adjacent new market business expansion and diversification initiatives in transportation, analytics and machine learning, and IoT at organizations including SmartEquip, LogicTree, Cubic Corporation, Tapestry Solutions, and now Conduent.
