Registration Fee

The registration fee is $375.00. Online registration is encouraged and should be completed before noon on March 29, 2011 (Eastern Standard Time). The on-site registration fee will be $400 per person.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

Any cancellation requests must be received in writing or by email by 5:00 p.m. ET March 3, 2012 to be eligible for a refund of the entire registration fee. Cancellation requests received after March 3, 2012 and before 5:00 p.m. ET March 19, 2012 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. ET March 19, 2012 the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee.
