"Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Challenges"

The 16th Annual DoD Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Program Review will be held 02 - 06 March 2009 in New Orleans, LA. Sponsored on behalf of the Spectrum Directorate of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Networks and Information Integration (ASD/NII), the program review provides an information exchange forum for DoD, Federal Government, and Industry E3 engineering and spectrum management professionals to address issues involving E3 and spectrum policy, operational doctrine, EMC standardization, education, emerging technologies, test and evaluation, and other matters relevant to the success of DoD’s mission. A host of technical presentations, workshops, exhibitions, and formal training seminars will be provided.

Call for Papers
You are invited to address your peers at the program review. To do so, submit an abstract of your proposed presentation to e3coordinator@jsc.mil by 5 December 2008. Abstracts should include the presenter’s name and organization, a brief description of the topic/issue, and contact information including email address. Twenty minutes will be allotted for presentations. Notifications of acceptance will be issued by 12 December 2008. Presentations will be due by 16 January 2009.
